How can I contact an author?

To protect the author’s privacy, we do not give out telephone numbers or address details. If you would like to contact an author, write to them c/o Quiller Publishing Ltd, Wykey House, Wykey, Shrewsbury, SY4 1JA and we will forward your letter. Alternatively, email us at admin@quillerbooks.com and we will forward your email to them.

How can I contact customer services?

How secure is your website?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use paypal and sage pay.

How do I return a damaged book?

If you are not satisfied with your book, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing admin@quillerbooks.com. Upon written notification we will exchange the goods. To exchange, the goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that our returns and replacement policy does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Where can I get permissions information for your books?

Written permission is required for use of any material published by Quiller Publishing and any of its imprints. We are not able to grant verbal permissions. Please contact Andrew Johnston at info@quillerbooks.com or call us on 01939 261616 for assistance.
